I am actually further away from Philadelphia than when I started, but hey, it’s all part of the journey right?!
I’m traveling today with the lovely Miss Diana and I couldn’t have asked for a better travel companion. We had a lot to catch up on which whittled our waiting time into what seems like minutes.
Unfortunately, our plane was delayed and we arrived late. We checked into the hotel, rushed around to change, and saw this lovely little note from my roomies.
Diana and I rushed to Farmicia since we knew the ladies had been waiting for a long time. I loved the walk–I had been sitting down ALL day, there was cool air, and eventually rain.

Did I mention that I am lame and forgot my camera this weekend? Not just my DSLR, but my smaller digital camera. Bad bad blogger.
I was pretty much starving and I simply saw refried black beans and based my decision on that. Beans win my heart every single time. I ordered the Tres Tamales which included vegan chorizo/vegetable filling, re-fried black beans, pickled cactus salad, spicy salsa roja. Delish.
The rest of the night was filled with laughter and fun. It was a pretty loud table filled with eight bloggers (and 8 amazing ladies).
Such a great way to start off my Healthy Living Summit fun with Diana, Tina, Alicia,Heather, Lisa, Courtney, Julie, and Jess!
We walked home in the pouring rain, but we took our time and talked the whole way. We didn’t care one bit that we looked like wet cats.
Once we got into the room, we dug into the sugar cookies that Courtney made for us. Her cookies tasted just as good as I thought they were. Since we were on a sugar high, we were up well past midnight laughing and talking about anything and everything (heck, even including breast milk and squirting it everywhere. Yep, we went there).

Hahaha I love that you talked about squirting breast milk- there was this woman in my hometown who got arrested for squirting her breast milk at a police officer when he tried to pull her over! Gross haha. Sounds like you girls are having such a good time! I wish I could be there! You group contains all the girls I hope to meet someday- including you!

I listened to a stand up comedian was talking about how he wished that fellows could make SOMETHING come from their nipples, whether it was motor oil or little tiny parachuted army men. my vote goes to the latter.

Do you know what is scary? As soon as I saw the comment about squirting breast milk, all I wanted to comment on was stories about squirting breast milk.
