After months of being on Pinterest and 1,282 pins later….I’m finally actually making something that I saw on Pinterest.
It came in the form of a hearty soup.
Fall decided to show up in Oklahoma somewhere between the hours of 3-5 p.m. on Tuesday afternoon. I walked into the hospital for my Neurology rotation in 80 degrees and sunshine and left at 5:30 pm to a chilly breeze and 50 degrees.
That’s the beauty of Oklahoma. Weather changes on a dime.
I made this soup a few weeks ago and decided that it was time to make it again.
It’s not my recipe, so I urge you to go to the link and try it. You need to make it.
I’m off to watch Modern Family and then work on my care plan for a few hours.

I want to try that soup but with ground sausage – what do you think??? I get the fresh kale from the Oklahoma Fook Coop tomorrow. I am also going to make the kale smoothie for the girls at work:)
Ground sausage sounds better to me. Go for it.

Modern Family is seriously one of the funniest shows I have ever seen. I just discovered it at the tail end of last season…I watch it when I work out at home and I don’t think my husband believes me that I’m actually working out because I’m laughing so hard.
