Cinnamon Maple Brown Sugar Protein Pancakes

Ingredients:

1 package Quaker Oats Weight Control Maple Brown Sugar Oatmeal
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1/2 cup light soymilk
3 egg whites
Cinnamon

Directions:

  • Combine all in a blender.
  • Put on skillet or stovetop. Wait until the pancake starts getting bubbly, then flip.
  • Enjoy!

I love that oatmeal – so this sounds good! I’ve never really made pancakes…too darned lazy and just go for the quick and easy oatmeal or breads I guess ;)
