Easy Peasy Taco Salad

lean ground beef or turkey

1 can pinto beans in chili sauce

lettuce (spinach)

cheese

lots of veggies

whole wheat tortillas

  1. Cook the turkey or beef and then add in the beans and taco seasoning and let simmer.
  2. Cut up a whole wheat tortilla into “chips” and bake them in the oven for a crunchy, healthier topping.
