Good Ole Easy Chili

From: Live, Love, and Run

1 lb lean ground meat (beef, turky, venison…whatever!)

2 – 16oz. cans tomato sauce

1 – 8oz. can hot chili beans

1 – 8oz. can red kidney beans

4 tbs. Penzeys Chili 3000 (may add more for taste)

Dash of salt

Shredded cheddar, preferably sharp, for topping

In a large dutch oven (or crock pot), heat tomato sauce and beans until slightly boiling. Add the Penzeys Chili 3000 spice to the sauce and turn the heat down to just a simmer. In the meantime, thoroughly cook the ground turkey in a frying pan. Add a dash of salt for extra flavor, and transfer the meat to the sauce.  Let the chili simmer until thickened, about 20 minutes, and serve with a sprinkle of sharp cheddar.

(adding diced tomatoes or any veggies would be good!)
