Green Chili

INGREDIENTS:
8 cups reduced sodium chicken broth
1 onion, finely chopped
2 lbs chicken breast
2 packages Knorr Roasted Chicken Gravy Mix
3 cans (7 oz each) diced green chilies
6 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1/2 teaspoon cumin
2 jalapenos, seeded and chopped
1 can (14.5 oz) white hominy
1 can black beans
1 tomato diced
DIRECTIONS:
1. In a large pot, combine broth, onion, and chicken breasts. Heat to boiling over high heat. Then reduce heat to low and simmer until the chicken is no longer pink in the center, about 20 minutes. Remove chicken from the broth and set aside.
2. Use a whisk to blend chicken gravy mix into the broth. Add chilis, jalapenos, garlic, cilantro, cumin, hominy, and black beans. bring to a boil over medium heat , then reduce heat to low.
2. Shred the chicken, and add it back to the broth. Cover and simmer for40 minutes.
3. Dice tomato on top in your bowl
