Healthified Banana Foster
Inspired from the Eating For Life Cookbook…
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup cottage cheese (or greek yogurt, or regular yogurt)
1 banana
2 tablespoons sf maple syrup
DIRECTIONS:
1. Cut banana in slices–fry in a pan for one minute.
2. Pour two tablespoons of SF maple syrup and coat bananas–cook for one minute.
Combine bananas and cottage and voila! YUM snack!
